Our story begins in Thessaloniki in 1975, when Panagiotis Paltsidis’ unstoppable passion and love for Greek traditional cuisine inspired him to create and introduce his unique specials (tzatziki, feta spread, taramosalata, etc.) to the local market, transforming ouzo meze into a true gastronomic experience!
A tasty tradition that remains unchanged from generation to generation. We continuously evolve by investing in new facilities, technologies, product development, and human resources, making us one of the key players in the food industry today, earning trust and a place at your table.
Every day, we produce and distribute over three hundred product codes, including our award-winning salads, our best-selling taramasalata, the renowned Yliston dish, seafood delicacies, antipasti products, as well as a wide variety of pickles and farm products.
In order to stay at the heart of a healthy and balanced diet, we have enriched our variety with on-the-go vegan options and plant-based ready meals that promise moments of quality and nutritious enjoyment, no matter where you are.
