Paltsidi’s facilities operate in an area of 12.000m2 and they have the best available technological equipment we meet in modern food processing industries.

The company makes sure every production stage of a product to be thoroughly controlled by an experienced staff of chemists and food technologists in order to guarantee the finest concoction of a product and to keep at the same time its traditional characteristics.

Hellenic Gastronomy Paltsidi always invests into new technologies modernizing in this way its equipment and upgrading its productive capability. On such grounds Hellenic Gastronomy Paltsidi is fairly proud of owning one of the most integrated vertical and automated RETAIL production lines as well as one of the biggest and most modern installations of biological cleaning within the food branch in Greece. The private fleet of the company consists of 20 vehicles from which 10 are refrigerated trucks.

Thus the serviceability of customers in Thessaloniki and the neighbor prefectures is achieved by a prompt and secure delivery. For the rest of Greece, Hellenic Gastronomy Paltsidi’s products are traded by representatives.

Hellenic Gastronomy Paltsidi shows an intense exporting activity in the following countries: Spain, France, U.K., Germany, Sweden, Bulgaria, Albania, Austria, Czech Republic, Belgium… However the concern for the expansion into new markets is continual and unbroken.
